Job summary

Qualifications
- Maintenance background with strong electrical skills and knowledge of air-conditioning systems.
- Experience with filter cleaning and building services.
- Training in health and safety including risk assessments and method statements.
- Experience in fault diagnosis and rectification in maintenance roles.
- Familiarity with critical and non-critical building systems.
Responsibilities
- Carry out planned maintenance, repairs and equipment operations.
- Supervise third-party contractors to ensure safety and compliance.
- Review risk assessments and method statements before work begins.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
