Job summary

gategroup is seeking a detail-driven Data Entry professional to support our flight operations. You will input flight and passenger data, keep portals up to date, and manage sales information within the GG ERP system.

The role demands precision and the ability to handle ad-hoc requests in a fast-paced environment. You'll liaise with operations teams to ensure changes are accurately reflected in the ERP, including handling scheduled and non-scheduled flights, and maintaining up-to-date records for

Qualifications

• Experience handling large data volumes with accuracy.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and data validation.
• Strong numeracy and ability to assess commercial impact.

Responsibilities

• Input flight information and passenger loads into GG ERP.
• Keep customer portals accurate and up to date.
• Collate and enter sales data; handle ad-hoc requests.
• Communicate changes through the ERP for flight updates.
• Create and maintain extra/non-scheduled flights and respond quickly.
• Run departure checks and manage routine operational records.
