Job summary

Gulfstream Aerospace in Farnborough seeks an Aircraft Records Coordinator to manage admin for maintenance documentation to satisfy FAR/EASA MOE requirements.

Role involves recording, reviewing CMP/CAMP cards, logging errors, and archiving records. Requires attention to detail and familiarity with MS Office. Full-time UK shift, on-site in Farnborough.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
• Position Purpose: To prepare a complete and accurate workpack for distribution to the operator for the fulfilment of the requirements of EASA part145.A.55 in accordance with MOE para 2.14
• Essential functions include recording workpack receipt, reviewing CMP/CAMP cards for accuracy, recording errors and corrective actions, and maintaining the records archiving system.

Responsibilities

• Record receipt of aircraft workpack in accordance with published procedures.
• Review the Corridor Maintenance Record System /CMP & CAMP Cards for accuracy and completeness throughout the maintenance input.
• Record any errors found during review of aircraft documentation and ensure that corrective action is performed.
• Inform Gulfstream CMP records system.
• Create log book certificates for maintenance aircraft.
• Post original log book certificates to customers.
• Filing log book certificate and original worksheets.
• The administration of the computer controlled records archiving system for all documentation.

Our Aircraft Records Coordinator (Tech Records Coordinator) is a part of our Quality team that supports the administrative management or maintenance and/repair documents for our aircraft. It is a highly administrative role which requires significant attention to detail. Aircraft records experience is preferred.
