Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior experience auditing in a CAA/EASA Part 145 or aviation environment.
• Ability to conduct internal and external audits effectively.
• Excellent communication and professional interaction across levels.
• Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform independent compliance audits to support the Compliance Monitoring Plan.
• Assess contracting and sub-contracting organisations for suitability under the Management System.
• Investigate root causes and prepare reports to support corrective actions.
• Provide professional compliance advice to the Compliance Department and staff.
• Prepare and revise TPMs to ensure Part 145 compliance and related regulations.
• Deliver continuation training to staff as part of internal training programs.
