TARCG – The Aviation Recruitment & Consulting Group – is proud to offer two outstanding opportunities for experienced Compliance Auditors to join a high-performing aviation organisation based in Doncaster. This company is known for delivering innovative solutions to some of the most complex challenges in the aerospace industry.

These full-time, permanent roles will report to the Head of Compliance and will be instrumental in ensuring continued adherence to aviation standards and regulations across multiple approvals, including:

• BS EN 9100:2018
• ISO 9001:2015
• EASA/UK CAA Part 145, Part 21G & Part 21J

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct internal and external audits, including supplier assessments, calibration, and oversight.
• Maintain and develop Quality Management Systems.
• Investigate occurrences and prepare associated reports.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and customers where appropriate.
• Offer guidance on technical and regulatory matters.
• Contribute to the development and upkeep of MOE, POE, and supporting procedures.

Candidate Profile:

Ideal candidates will bring demonstrable experience in compliance and auditing within Civil Aviation or a similar regulated environment. While being a subject matter expert in both BS EN 9100:2018 and Part 145/21 is preferred, training will be provided for applicants who specialise in at least one of these areas.

Requirements:

• Proven right to work in the UK
• Valid UK driving licence (due to travel requirements)
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
