Do you have a passionate interest in the aviation sector, a highly analytical mindset, strong communication skills, and an ability to challenge assumptions?

As a specialist in data analysis or forecasting, you will join a motivated and friendly team advising a diverse range of private and public-sector clients, including airports, airlines, financial institutions, industry bodies, and regulators. Our work encompasses air traffic forecasts, business plans (covering aeronautical and non-aeronautical revenues, operating costs, EBITDA, and capital investments), aviation policy, and economic/competition advice to regulators, as well as market and strategic analyses.

We provide strategic advice on financial, planning, and economic issues, conduct evaluations and impact assessments of aviation policies, and develop long-term air traffic forecasts to support decision-making at airports and financial institutions worldwide. With a growing pipeline of high-profile projects, we are expanding our team to support various workstreams and help our clients deliver sustainable aviation services globally.

Requirements

What we'd like from you:

• Enjoy working within an aviation team and delivering technical analyses, forecasts, and business plans
• Prepare reports and presentations for clients
• Support high-quality proposal development
• Lead workstreams or small projects
• Share knowledge and contribute to discipline development

What you'll be great at:

• Degree in Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Operational Research, Geography, or a related analytical field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent Excel proficiency
• Experience in developing quantitative models and scenarios
• Effective time management and ability to prioritize multiple projects
• Proficiency in English, both written and oral
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical audiences
• Client-facing experience and teamwork skills

Additional assets:

• Knowledge of the aviation advisory market or experience with consultancies, airports, investors, regulators, or airlines
• Experience in other transport infrastructure sectors
• Fluency in additional languages relevant to our international projects
• Experience with policy work (e.g., European Commission, Department for Transport)
• Interest in aviation sustainability issues
