AJW Group is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk in the UK to join the Finance team and ensure timely transaction processing and vendor support. You will handle indirect invoices, reconcile statements, set up new users for cards and expenses, and provide weekly reporting while maintaining policy compliance.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Basic proficiency in Excel and data entry.

Responsabilidades

• Process indirect invoices.
• Reconcile vendor statements and maintain ledger.
• Set up new users for Company Credit Cards and staff expenses.
• Chase employees for expense submissions.
• Process purchasing card invoices monthly and allocate COA.
• Provide weekly reporting on outstanding approvals.
