Job summary

AJW Group is a world-leading independent specialist in aircraft spare parts, with a Finance team focused on accurate transaction processing and vendor tasks. This Accounts Payable role supports the Accounts Payable Team Leader and internal/external stakeholders.

You will handle invoice processing, vendor reconciliations, and expense-related tasks, working in a fast-paced environment within AJW Group’s finance function.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts payable or vendor invoicing is preferred.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Proactive and able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Process indirect invoices and vendor statements.
• Maintain ledger and COA clean-up.
• Create user requests for Company Credit Cards and staff expenses.
• Chase staff for expense submissions and credit card statements.
• Process purchasing card invoices monthly with correct COA.
• Generate weekly reports on outstanding approvals.
