AJW Group, a world-leading independent specialist in aircraft parts, is seeking a Finance Accounts Payable role within the team. You will process indirect invoices, perform vendor reconciliations, and support monthly card and expense workflows.

The successful candidate will show attention to detail, collaboration, and proficiency in Excel, with a proactive approach in a fast-paced environment and strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.

• Confident on the telephone and able to communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Basic knowledge of Excel.

Responsibilities

• Processing indirect invoices and vendor statement reconciliations.
• Ledger maintenance and COA clearing.
• Set up new users for Company Credit Cards and staff expenses.
• Chase employees to submit expenses and statements.
• Process purchasing card invoices monthly with COA allocation.
• Weekly reporting on outstanding PR/invoice/expense approvals.
• Final check of approved expense claims within policy.
• Ensure timely processing of agents/commission invoices.
• Ad hoc accounting duties as required.
