Job summary

B&M Retail Limited is seeking a driven Replenishment Manager for our Clacton store. This hands-on leadership role focuses on stock flow, deliveries and keeping the shop floor ready to trade.

You will lead from the front, develop your team and ensure excellent product availability and operational standards across the store and warehouse. Flexible to work across shifts, you’ll drive efficiency and customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team within retail or logistics.
• Strong knowledge of stock control and replenishment processes.
• Excellent organisational and planning skills.
• Hands-on leadership with the ability to lead from the front.
• Decisive problem-solver in a busy environment.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, days, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead the replenishment operation to ensure product availability.
• Manage deliveries and ensure stock is handled safely and accurately.
• Maintain high standards of stock control, organisation and housekeeping in warehouse and shop floor.
• Plan and prioritise workload to keep the store fully stocked.
• Monitor availability and address stock-related issues promptly.
• Coach, motivate and develop colleagues to maximise team performance.
• Collaborate with store management to achieve business goals.
• Ensure health, safety and operational procedures are followed.
