Job summary

B&M Retail Limited is seeking a hands-on Replenishment Manager for our Kemble store. You will lead the replenishment team, oversee stock flow, deliveries and stock availability to keep the shop floor ready to trade.

In this fast-paced retail environment you’ll develop your team, drive operational excellence and maintain high standards of stock control and shop floor presentation across both warehouse and sales floor, with clear progression opportunities as the business grows.

Responsibilities

• Leading the replenishment operation to ensure excellent product availability across the store.
• Managing deliveries efficiently, ensuring stock is worked safely and accurately.
• Driving high standards of stock control, organisation and housekeeping in both the warehouse and on the shop floor.
• Planning and prioritising workload to ensure the store is fully stocked and ready to trade.
• Monitoring availability and taking action to address stock-related issues.
• Coaching, motivating and developing colleagues to maximise team performance.
• Supporting wider store operations and collaborating with the management team to achieve business goals.
• Maintaining compliance with health & safety and operational procedures.
