Job summary

Prospero Integrated is seeking a Senior Audio Visual Warehouse Prep Technician to join our busy warehouse team. You will prepare, test, and maintain AV equipment for rental and production projects, ensuring accuracy and high quality.

You will handle equipment checking, tagging, storage, and coordination with project managers, while learning our warehouse systems. This full-time role offers a collaborative environment and opportunities for growth within the dynamic AV operations team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the day-to-day running of the AV warehouse operations.
• Maintain high standards of quality control across equipment handling and preparation.
• Ensure correct equipment is picked, allocated, cleaned, and labelled for each job.
• Receive returned equipment, log, test, and store items; report missing gear.
• Identify faulty equipment and coordinate repairs with the Warehouse Manager.
• Carry out minor equipment repairs as directed; assist with packing and staging.
• Support loading/unloading of deliveries and collections for AV projects.
• Maintain clear communication between warehouse, workshop, and admin teams.
