Job summary

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years IT experience in a professional services environment with meeting/conferencing tech.
• Knowledge of meeting room hardware and software and remote support basics.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and ISMS/ISO27001 desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent experience to users of AV and video conferencing technologies (room and PC-based).
• Provide training and knowledge sharing to global advocates for smooth operation of AV platforms.
• Perform preventative maintenance and create regular checklists for meeting/conference platforms.
