Cinos delivers innovative Audio Visual, Video Conferencing and Collaboration solutions to the UK's leading organisations. We’re seeking a technically skilled Installation Engineer to join our AV Delivery team in and around London and the South.

This hands-on role suits individuals who enjoy solving technical challenges, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and working with a broad portfolio of AV and VC solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years installing AV equipment.
• 12 months experience specifically dedicated to setting up and configuring AV equipment.
• On-site implementation knowledge gained from technical training courses.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure and test AV systems.
• Produce and update technical documentation.
• Review and advise on technical solution design.
• Pre-site system staging configuration and testing.
• System commissioning and handover.
• Plan AV, IP networks, and align with IT/network security policies.
• Be involved in on-site installation activities, including first or second fix tasks.
• Identify and address potential technical problems and take corrective actions.
• Ensure all works meet Cinos standards.
• Interpret provided technical documentation accurately for on-site installs.
• Terminate and connect cabling to high standards, labelled and tidy.
