Job summary

Vicit in London is seeking a Project Manager to lead Audio Visual installations as part of a broader technology refresh. You will oversee meeting room upgrades, ensure builds meet standards, and drive quality and client satisfaction.

You will coordinate with client stakeholders and internal teams across engineering, CAD and programming, manage scope, schedule, cost, and risk, and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering projects from initiation to completion.
• Strong stakeholder management in client environments.
• Experience coordinating multiple workstreams and teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage Audio Visual installation projects throughout the full project lifecycle, from initiation through to completion.
• Take ownership of project scope, schedules, costs, quality and client satisfaction.
• Coordinate the delivery of meeting room technology upgrades to agreed build standards and quality requirements.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, task lists and delivery plans.
• Coordinate day-to-day activities and workloads for installation technicians.
• Manage project deliverables across engineering, CAD and programming teams.
• Act as a key point of contact for client stakeholders throughout project delivery.
• Provide clear project communications and updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues and ensure appropriate actions are taken.
• Manage project finances and maintain oversight of costs throughout delivery.
• Ensure projects follow established processes, standards and predefined ways of working.
• Coordinate multiple internal departments and stakeholders to ensure successful project completion.
