Job summary

Vicit is seeking an Associate Project Manager to deliver Audio Visual installations for global clients undergoing a technical refresh. You will manage scope, schedule, cost, quality and client satisfaction across the project lifecycle, coordinating with engineering, CAD and programming teams to ensure on-time delivery.

Daily duties include communications with stakeholders, creating schedules, assigning tasks to technicians, and overseeing project deliverables to meet a standard build across

Role Description

A vacancy for an Associate Project Manager has arisen for one their global clients who are undergoing a technical refresh. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering Audio Visual installations to update meeting rooms to a common build standard and to a standardised level of quality.

This position is responsible for the scope, schedule, cost, quality, and client satisfaction of a project throughout its entire lifecycle, (initiating through closing phases). Daily activities include project communications, scheduling, task lists for technicians, managing deliverables from engineering, CAD and Programming and overseeing the completion of projects.

Desirable Criteria

• Experience/working knowledge of audio-visual technology
• Familiarity with project management software, such as MS Project
• Adept at conducting research into project-related issues and products
• Technically aware and familiar in working with IT & AV systems
