Job summary

Potters Home Digital in Kent is seeking an Operations and Project Support Manager to bridge sales and installation, coordinate project handovers, and drive profitability and customer satisfaction across high-end AV and smart home projects.

The role involves managing stock, scheduling, site meetings, and providing regular progress reports while developing new processes for improved operations. Based in our Kent showroom, with occasional flexibility.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role required.
• Basic understanding of construction phases and roles.
• Proficiency in MS Office with Outlook/Word/PowerPoint/Excel required.
• Industry credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interface between sales and installation to facilitate project handover.
• Organise installation dates with clients and coordinate scheduling.
• Manage stock inventory and allocate to customer accounts.
• Maintain CRM documentation and attend site meetings.
• Provide project management updates to clients and contractors.
• Identify opportunities to optimise processes and improve efficiency.
