Job summary

Red King Resourcing is recruiting on behalf of a well-established AV integrator for an experienced AV Installation Engineer. The role is based across the M4 Corridor and London with a salary of £38,000-£48,000 plus a company van and overtime.

You will lead corporate AV installations, oversee junior engineers, and manage projects from rack build to commissioning, ensuring high-quality delivery and strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience installing AV systems and leading installation projects.
• Ability to read technical drawings and installation documentation.
• Strong IT/networking understanding relevant to AV deployments.

Responsibilities

• Take the lead on corporate AV installation projects and oversee delivery on site.
• Oversee junior engineers on site and ensure high-quality results.
• Deliver corporate AV installations including boardrooms, training rooms, and video conferencing setups.
• Lead installations from rack build through to commissioning.
• Maintain excellent customer relationships on site.

Salary: £38,000 - 48,000 per year

Requirements

• Strong experience installing AV systems
• Experience leading installation projects
• Rack building, wiring, fault finding and commissioning experience
• Knowledge of AV technologies including Crestron, AMX, Poly, Yealink, Logitech or Cisco
• Good understanding of IT and networking
• Ability to read technical drawings, cable schedules and installation documentation
• Full UK driving licence

Responsibilities

• Take the lead on corporate AV installation projects while remaining actively involved in installation, commissioning and delivery
• Oversee junior engineers on site
• Deliver corporate AV installations including boardrooms and meeting rooms, training rooms and auditoriums, video conferencing solutions, video walls and digital signage, and multi-room integrated AV systems
• Lead installations from rack build through to commissioning
• Ensure projects are completed to a high standard
• Maintain excellent customer relationships on site
