Job summary

Red King Resourcing is recruiting on behalf of a well-established AV integrator for an experienced AV Installation Engineer to join their team in the M4 Corridor & London area. This is a hands-on role where you will lead corporate AV installations, oversee junior engineers, and stay actively involved in installation, commissioning, and delivery of each project.

You will work on boardrooms, training rooms, video conferencing solutions, video walls, and multi-room AV systems, with a strong focus

Qualifications

• Proven experience installing corporate AV systems.
• Experience leading installation projects.
• Rack building, wiring, fault finding and commissioning.
• Knowledge of AV tech such as Crestron, AMX, Poly, Yealink, Cisco or Logitech.
• Good understanding of IT and networking.
• Able to read technical drawings, cable schedules and installation docs.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead corporate AV installations, overseeing junior engineers and delivering projects.
• Oversee installation from rack build through commissioning to handover.
• Manage customer relationships on site and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Deliver rooms: boardrooms, training rooms, auditoriums, video conferencing, video walls.

AV Engineer

Salary: £38,000 to £48,000 + Company Van + Overtime

Location: M4 Corridor & London

Role Type: Permanent, full time

Your New Role

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established AV integrator for an experienced AV Installation Engineer to join their growing engineering team.

This is a hands on role where you'll take the lead on corporate AV installation projects, overseeing junior engineers while remaining actively involved in the installation, commissioning and delivery of each project.

Your Responsibilities

You will be delivering a variety of corporate AV installations including:

• Boardrooms and meeting rooms
• Training rooms and auditoriums
• Video conferencing solutions
• Video walls and digital signage
• Multi room integrated AV systems

You'll lead installations from rack build through to commissioning, ensuring projects are completed to a high standard while maintaining excellent customer relationships on site.

You Will Have

• Strong experience installing AV systems
• Experience leading installation projects
• Rack building, wiring, fault finding and commissioning experience
• Knowledge of AV technologies including Crestron, AMX, Poly, Yealink, Logitech or Cisco
• Good understanding of IT and networking
• Ability to read technical drawings, cable schedules and installation documentation
• Full UK driving licence
