Job summary

La Fosse is seeking an experienced Endpoint Provisioning & Microsoft Autopilot Specialist to lead a transformation of a Windows device provisioning service in Rugby. This hands-on role delivers assess, remediate and implement a modern, scalable endpoint provisioning solution.

You will design Autopilot/Intune deployments, configure Entra ID and compliance policies, automate provisioning with PowerShell and produce full technical documentation for BAU support teams, with four days onsite per week.

Qualifications

Experience leading Windows device provisioning projects.
Proven ability to design and implement Autopilot/Intune deployments.
Ability to build automated, low-touch provisioning processes.

Responsibilities

Assess and troubleshoot the existing Windows laptop provisioning process.
Design and implement a reliable Microsoft Autopilot and Intune deployment solution.
Build automated, low-touch Windows 11 provisioning processes.
Configure and optimise Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, Entra ID and compliance policies.
Resolve issues with application deployment, device registration, hardware hashes, certificates and identity integration.
Improve provisioning performance, reduce manual intervention and introduce operational reporting.
Define end-to-end provisioning processes, SOPs and governance.
Produce technical documentation and deliver knowledge transfer to BAU support teams.
