Job summary

Brandon James is seeking an Associate Building Surveyor for our Birmingham office. You will lead on commercial surveying projects, managing client relationships and project delivery across investment, retail, office and industrial sectors.

The role blends technical delivery with business development in a regional context. You will manage from commission to completion, mentor junior surveyors, and help grow the Birmingham office’s profile with existing and new clients.

Qualifications

• Degree in Building Surveying with MRICS status preferred.
• Experience in commercial building surveying across multiple disciplines.
• Strong report writing and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead on a broad commercial building surveying workload for clients.
• Own instructions from commission through to completion and mentor juniors.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to generate repeat business.
• Support fee targets and contribute to business development.
• Prepare and present reports to clients to a high professional standard.
