Job summary

NEMS Community Benefit Services Ltd is seeking an Advanced Clinical Practitioner to deliver autonomous clinical care across urgent care services, including telephone, video and face‑to‑face consultations.

You will assess, diagnose, treat and discharge or refer patients with undifferentiated urgent care presentations, working within professional accountability and local pathways. Remote work may be possible after induction, with KPI and governance compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience of autonomous assessment and management of undifferentiated patients.
• Ability to prescribe, review and advise on medicines where qualified to do so.
• Maintain clear, accurate and timely clinical records and governance.

Responsibilities

• Provide autonomous clinical care across NEMS urgent care services.
• Assess, examine, diagnose, treat and discharge or refer patients.
• Recognise serious illness and escalate when required.
• Provide telephone and face‑to‑face consultations.
• Support governance, audit and service improvement.
