Job summary

Archvale in Coventry is seeking an Advanced Clinical Practitioner to deliver autonomous clinical care across acute and chronic conditions in a GP-led setting. You will prescribe, interpret tests, and support long-term health management.

The role involves leading care plans, collaborating with the primary care team, and using data-driven approaches to improve outcomes. 22.5 hours weekly on Mon-Tue clinic with admin time.

Qualifications

• NMC/HCPC registration and eligible to work in the UK.
• Master’s degree in Advanced Clinical Practice.
• Qualified Independent Prescriber.
• Experience as an ACP in primary care.
• DBS check required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and manage patients with acute and chronic conditions.
• Order and interpret investigations and tests.
• Prescribe and review medications independently.
• Lead clinical audits and contribute to service improvements.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure data protection.
