Job summary

Decrobond Ltd is seeking an experienced estimator to deliver detailed, technically accurate quotations for fire door systems and related products. You will assess drawings, specifications, and customer needs, then prepare precise bids while negotiating with clients to secure opportunities.

The role requires visiting sites, providing technical guidance, and coordinating with production and suppliers to move projects from enquiry to delivery. A proactive, autonomous candidate will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Ambitious and self-motivated with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong technical estimation skills from construction-related industries welcome.
• Willingness to visit sites and negotiate with customers while following process.

Responsibilities

• Assess drawings, specifications and customer requirements.
• Prepare accurate, detailed quotations.
• Follow up opportunities and negotiate with customers.
• Provide technical advice on Decrobond products.
• Visit customer sites and attend pre-start meetings.
• Process orders and manage amendments.
• Support Senior Management with quotes, projects and client updates.
• Liaise with production, suppliers and other departments through to delivery.
• Use HubSpot to track orders and activity.
• Get involved in special projects with the Commercial Director.
