Job summary

Summit Rec2Rec is seeking a Talent Partner to own sourcing, engagement and placement of high-performing sales professionals across a portfolio of ambitious businesses. You will run your desk end-to-end with autonomy, mapping the market, building direct relationships with passive talent, and guiding candidates through to offer and placement.

This role offers flexible hybrid working, monthly commissions, and the opportunity to work directly with the founder.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' agency recruitment experience is essential.
• Experience in Rec2Rec, agency recruitment or search/headhunting is valued.
• Ability to work autonomously and bootstrapped on a flexible desk.

Responsibilities

• Proactively sourcing and headhunting high-calibre sales and fee-earning talent
• Building direct relationships with passive candidates
• Managing your own pipeline and process from first conversation to placement
• Using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search and direct outreach to map the market
• Assessing candidates for capability, motivation and long-term fit
• Build credibility quickly with experienced, commercially switched-on professionals
