Job summary

Bigblue in Chichester, West Sussex, seeks a Site Manager for the final six months of a £16m luxury residential project. You’ll own the high-end internal fit-out and finishes in an 8,000 sq ft private home with pool and bespoke detailing, managing specialist subcontractors and coordinating trades under a visiting Project Manager.

You’ll drive programme milestones, review drawings, maintain safety standards, and oversee snagging to handover.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing luxury residential builds.
• Strong eye for detail and quality in high-end interiors.
• Ability to read technical drawings and manage programmes.

Responsibilities

• Taking day-to-day ownership of the final six months of a £16m luxury residential new build
• Managing the complete high-end internal fit-out and finishes through to handover
• Coordinating specialist subcontractors, trades and suppliers
• Managing the programme, sequencing works and hitting key milestones
• Reviewing drawings and checking workmanship to the highest standard
• Overseeing site logistics, deliveries, health & safety and quality control
• Managing snagging and final inspections ahead of handover
• Reporting progress and challenges to the visiting Project Manager
