Job summary

Future Build Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of high-end residential projects in London and the South East. You will manage Site Managers, lead project teams and maintain delivery across multiple schemes with significant autonomy and direct accountability to the Director.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager within high-end residential construction.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong procurement and subcontractor management experience.
• Excellent technical knowledge, commercial awareness and organisational skills.
• The ability to work independently, make decisions and take full responsibility for delivery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of 3+ projects simultaneously, maintaining control of programme, quality and progress.
• Build, manage and monitor construction programmes to ensure projects remain on track.
• Take ownership of procurement, purchasing and subcontractor coordination.
• Manage and coordinate Site Managers across multiple schemes.
• Provide senior-level oversight and support to existing Project Managers.
• Manage building control requirements and resolve technical and delivery issues.
• Maintain high standards across site operations, sequencing, quality and health and safety.
• Report directly to the Director on project progress, programme, risks and performance.
• Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Identify potential issues proactively and take ownership of solutions.
