Job summary

Cityscape Consult in central London is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead major residential schemes, including build-to-rent and student accommodation, for top UK developers.

You will act as the primary client contact, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and manage programmes and budgets. MRICS or MAPM chartership and degree qualification are preferred, with strong client-facing skills driving project success.

Job description

Are you an experienced Project Manager looking to take ownership of major residential projects with some of the UK's most respected developers and investors?

A boutique construction consultancy is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join its growing team in central London, delivering an impressive portfolio of projects across the living sector including in build-to-rent, student accommodation, co-living, later living and affordable housing.

The Senior PM will:

• Lead residential projects through all stages of the project lifecycle
• Act as the primary client contact and trusted advisor
• Coordinate multidisciplinary consultant and contractor teams
• Manage programmes, budgets, procurement and project governance
• Identify and mitigate project risks
• Support junior project managers and contribute to team growth
• Build and maintain strong client relationships across the residential sector

Candidates should be degree-qualified with MRICS or MAPM chartership, and have proven experience delivering new build residential projects through all RIBA stages. They will need strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills, with excellent commercial awareness and technical expertise.
