Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RGN) to join one of our care homes in England. You’ll care for residents’ physical, psychological and social needs to deliver the quality care they deserve.

You’ll have clinical autonomy to develop tailored care plans, conduct risk assessments and administer medicines safely, while working with a supportive team.

A current NMC registration and knowledge of DoLs/MCA are essential; compassion and a person-centred approach are valued.

Qualifications

• Current NMC registration (RN) is required.
• Experience in developing care plans and risk assessments.
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks (DoLs/MCA, Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines).

Responsibilities

• Develop tailored care plans for residents.
• Administer medicines safely and accurately.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and respond to changes.
