Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RGN) to join our care home in the United Kingdom. You will look after residents' physical, psychological and social needs, develop tailored care plans and administer medicines with clinical judgement.

You will need current NMC registration and be committed to person-centred care, with knowledge of DoLs/MCA. We offer training, support, and rewards as part of our benefits package.

Qualifications

• Current NMC registration and active RN status.
• Experience developing care plans and risk assessments.
• Understanding regulatory frameworks including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
