Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RGN) to care for residents in a dedicated care home. You will deliver holistic care, apply clinical judgement, and work within regulatory frameworks to maintain high standards of nursing practice.

You will develop tailored care plans, administer medications safely, and contribute to an environment that values dignity, compassion, and person-centred care for every resident.

Qualifications

• Current NMC registration and up-to-date clinical practices knowledge.
• Experience producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments.
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
• Dedicated and compassionate approach with person-centred care.
