Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RGN) for one of our Cambridge care homes. You will look after the physical, psychological and social needs of residents, develop tailored care plans and administer medication safely, while using professional judgement to make critical clinical decisions.

Qualifications

• Current NMC registration and up-to-date clinical practices.
• Experience producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments.
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
• Dedicated and compassionate, with a person-centred approach to nursing.

Responsibilities
