You'll develop tailored care plans, conduct risk assessments, and make safe clinical decisions while adhering to regulatory frameworks. You’ll also administer medicines with autonomy and be valued for your professional judgement and compassionate approach.

Qualifications

• NMC registration and up-to-date clinical practices knowledge essential.
• Experience producing well-developed care plans and risk assessments.
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop tailored care plans to meet residents' physical and psychosocial needs.
• Produce detailed risk assessments and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Administer medicines safely and exercise professional judgement in clinical decisions.
