Job summary

Bimplus in Barnet, London is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to own live projects and drive commercial delivery within a growing specialist contractor. The role offers autonomy, with support for an Assistant QS and a key place in the commercial team.

You will handle valuations, take-offs, variations, cost reporting and client relationships across brickwork, facades and related packages, with site visits within the M25 and office-based work.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction.
• Knowledge of brickwork, facades, groundworks or similar packages is advantageous.
• Able to manage projects autonomously and take ownership.

Responsibilities

• Managing commercial delivery across live construction projects.
• Overseeing valuations, variations, take-offs and cost reporting.
• Supporting an Assistant Quantity Surveyor and wider commercial team.
