Job summary

Bimplus in Barnet, London is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to own live projects and drive commercial delivery within a growing specialist contractor. The role offers autonomy, with support for an Assistant QS and a key place in the commercial team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join an established specialist contractor with a strong pipeline of secured work. As the business continues to grow, they are looking for someone who wants to take ownership of projects, support an Assistant QS and become a key part of the commercial team.

As Quantity Surveyor, you will take ownership of the commercial management of live projects, covering valuations, measurements, variations, cost control and client relationships. You will work autonomously while supporting an Assistant QS and playing an important role in the continued development of the commercial function.

This role would suit a Quantity Surveyor who enjoys variety, responsibility and being involved across the full commercial process. Experience within brickwork, facades, groundworks or similar subcontract packages would be beneficial, but the key requirement is someone who is commercially driven, organised and wants to make an impact.
