A respected national auction house in Northampton seeks a Sales Manager to source quality property instructions and manage auction sales from start to finish. The role is newly created, offering autonomy, relationship-building, and strong earning potential.

You’ll focuses on Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire and surrounding areas, valuing and listing properties for sale by auction, building partnerships, and driving new business with a proactive, professional approach.

Qualifications

• Solid estate agency experience in Buckinghamshire and surrounding areas.
• Proven track record in valuations and listings.
• Confident, professional and highly organised.
• Comfortable working independently and managing your own diary.

Responsibilities

• Building relationships and a portfolio of partnerships to support this rapidly growing area of the business.
• Valuing and securing residential, mixed-use and commercial properties.
• Advising clients on selling by auction.
• Managing sales from instruction to completion.
• Building new business through networking and referrals.
• Representing the brand professionally across the region.
