With a basic salary of £25,000 plus £75,000–£100,000+ OTE, this full-time role rewards performance. You’ll have autonomy to manage your territory, supported by our technology and specialist teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' estate agency experience.
• Proven track record of winning instructions.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
