HealthHero Integrated Care is seeking autonomous Prescribing Clinicians to support its Urgent Care service in Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin. You will assess, diagnose, treat, and triage patients across centre-based, mobile, and remote modalities within a multidisciplinary team.

Role requires non-medical prescribing and a strong clinical reasoning background, with MSc in Advanced Practice preferred. Flexible shifts, induction, CPD, and pension benefits offered.

Qualificações

• You will be a registered nurse, paramedic, or other allied health professional, with a non-medical prescribing qualification in the context of a broad scope of practice.
• Ability to work autonomously both in-hours and out of hours.
• Evidence of equivalent experience and knowledge.
• Experience with physical assessment and clinical reasoning across all ages.

Responsabilidades

• Provide autonomous clinical assessment, diagnosis (where possible), and treatment for adults and paediatrics.
• Accurate triage and prioritisation of patients during shifts.
• Undertake home visits with a fully equipped medical car and driver.
• Refer patients to appropriate care settings where needed.
• Support Care Coordination and NHS111 triage during daytime hours.
