Job summary

HealthHero Integrated Care seeks an autonomous Prescribing Clinician to support urgent care across Bath, Swindon and Wiltshire. You will assess, diagnose, treat and refer patients in primary care centres or during remote consultations, with senior clinical support available remotely during shifts.

The role requires non-medical prescribing and experience in urgent care, with opportunities for home visits and triage across multiple sites. Part and full-time rota patterns are available.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse, paramedic, or allied health professional with non-medical prescribing
• Experience in urgent care/out-of-hours settings preferred
• Proven ability to work autonomously with clinical decision-making

Responsibilities

• Provide autonomous clinical assessment, diagnosis and treatment for adults and children
• Accurately triage and prioritise patients across centres and remote consultations
• Undertake home visits with a fully equipped medical car
• Refer patients to appropriate care pathways and support care coordination services
• Support NHS111 triage during core daytime hours
