HealthHero Group Limited is seeking independent Prescribing Clinicians to support Urgent Care services across Bath, Swindon and Wiltshire. Roles include site shifts in Chippenham, Salisbury, Keynsham or Swindon, plus mobile home visits and triage from Head Office, with senior clinician support remotely.

Applicants should be registered nurses, paramedics, or allied health professionals with a non-medical prescribing qualification and may be pursuing an MSc in Advanced Practice.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse, paramedic, or allied health professional with a non-medical prescribing qualification.
• May be working towards an MSc in Advanced Practice.

Responsabilités

• Provide autonomous clinical assessment, diagnosis where possible, and treatment for adults and paediatric patients.
• Triaging and prioritising patients using varied history-taking techniques.
• Undertaking home visits with a fully equipped medical car.
• Referral to appropriate care settings and supporting care coordination remotely.
