Job summary

Battersea Fields Practice is seeking an autonomous Practice Nurse to deliver general nursing services across our patient population. You will work with the Nurse Manager, GP Partners and the wider team to provide evidence-based care and preventative health services.

Key duties include immunisations, patient education, care planning for long-term conditions, and supporting local health initiatives within the practice.

Qualifications

• NMC registration is essential for this role.
• Minimum of 1 year nursing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing services to the practice population.
• Administer routine immunisations and contribute to immunisation programmes.
• Maintain accurate patient records and contribute to quality governance.
• Support health promotion and patient education activities.
• Participate in team meetings and local care projects.
