Fencepiece Road Medical Centre in Ilford, Essex is seeking a dedicated Practice Nurse to join our family-based primary care team. You will provide general nursing services, administer childhood immunisations and cervical smears, manage dressings, and run clinics for vaccination and insulin injections.

Essential requirements include valid NMC registration, right to work in the UK, EMIS Web experience, DBS checks, and a commitment to evidence-based practice.

Qualifications

• Valid NMC Registration.
• Minimum of 6 months experience as a practice nurse.
• Right to work within the UK
• Commitment to evidence based practice.
• EMIS Web training or refresh available.

Responsabilités

• Provide general nursing services, childhood immunisations, cervical smears and dressings.
• Run and manage clinics for vaccination and insulin injections.
• Engage in patient education, offering advice and guidance on health topics.
• Chronic disease management including asthma, COPD, diabetes, all QOF and LIS.
