Job summary

Law Medical Group Practice in London seeks an Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join a multidisciplinary team. You will deliver high-quality, patient-centred care, manage acute and chronic conditions, perform health assessments, and run specialist clinics.

You will prescribe medications and contribute to policy development and safeguarding within the practice. The role requires autonomous practice within scope, collaboration with GPs and other professionals, and involvement in audits and service

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current UK registration.
• Post graduate diploma or degree in Advanced Practice.
• Qualified Nurse Prescriber with prescribing authority.
• Qualified Triage Nurse with appropriate registration and competencies.

Responsibilities

• Provide autonomous advanced nursing care for acute and chronic conditions.
• Prescribe medications within scope of practice and guidelines.
• Deliver health promotion and disease prevention initiatives.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and read codes per policy.
• Support safeguarding and lead clinical audits and service improvements.
