Job summary

Partnering Health Ltd. delivers offender health services at HMP Erlestoke. This physiotherapist post focuses on advanced assessment and treatment of patients with complex and chronic conditions, with independent diagnoses and treatment plans.

The role covers a mixed caseload, including potential private and staff patients, and requires working to contract KPIs and reporting to senior management. We expect HCPC and CSP registration and at least two years of physiotherapy experience.

Qualifications

• HCPC registration
• CSP registration
• Minimum two years' physiotherapy experience
• Rotational exposure to respiratory, MSK and neuro
• Experience of independent and lone working

Responsibilities

• Manage a clinical caseload including offender health patients
• Work autonomously, determining clinical diagnoses and treatment plans
• Provide advanced assessment and treatment for complex and chronic conditions
• Develop and expand business opportunities within the service
• Work within contract KPIs and report statistics to senior management
• Ensure compliance with professional standards and clinical governance
• Liaise with senior management and contribute to continuous improvement
• Manage delivery of physiotherapy services across multiple locations
• Maintain and report on clinical incidents, complaints and compliments
• Maintain clinical records
• Participate in monthly feedback and meetings with senior management
