Job summary

Partnering Health Ltd. is seeking an autonomous physiotherapist to support offender health across multiple prison sites, treating patients with complex and chronic conditions.

The role involves working independently with a flexible 22-hour pattern and reporting on KPIs and clinical governance. You will manage a clinical caseload including offender health and potential private/staff patients, develop business opportunities within the service, and liaise with senior management to drive continuous

Qualifications

• HCPC registration as a physiotherapist.
• CSP registration.
• Minimum of two years’ physiotherapy experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced assessment and treatment to patients with complex and chronic conditions.
• Work as an autonomous practitioner, determining clinical diagnoses and treatment plans.
• Maintain clinical records to high standards of care.
• Manage a clinical caseload including offender health and potential private/staff patients.
• Develop and expand business opportunities within the service.
• Work within contract-specific KPIs and report statistics to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with professional standards, policies and clinical governance.
• Liaise with senior management and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Record and report clinical incidents, complaints and compliments.
