• Ensure compliance with professional standards and clinical governance
• Liaise with senior management and contribute to continuous improvement
• Manage delivery of physiotherapy services across multiple locations
• Maintain and report on clinical incidents, complaints and compliments
• Maintain clinical records
• Participate in monthly feedback and meetings with senior management
