Partnering Health Ltd. in partnership with HMP Portland is seeking a physiotherapist to provide autonomous clinical practice in offender health. You will assess and treat patients with complex conditions, set diagnoses and treatment plans, and keep high-quality clinical records.

The role covers offender health and may include private and staff patients. You will operate with HCPC and CSP registration and at least two years of experience, working across several sites as required while maintaining

Formación

• HCPC and CSP registrations are required.
• Minimum of two years' experience as a physiotherapist.
• Exposure to rotational roles in respiratory, MSK and neuro.
• Experience of independent and lone working.

Responsabilidades

• Provide advanced assessment and treatment to patients with complex and chronic conditions.
• Work autonomously, determining clinical diagnoses and treatment plans.
• Manage a clinical caseload covering offender health and potential private and staff patients.
• Maintain clinical records to high standards of care.
• Ensure compliance with professional standards, policies and clinical governance.
• Work within contract-specific KPIs and report statistics to senior management.
• Develop and expand business opportunities within the service.
• Maintain and report on clinical incidents, complaints and compliments.
• Liaise with senior management and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Manage physiotherapy service delivery across multiple locations, if required.
• Take part in monthly feedback sessions and meetings with senior management.
