Job summary

PHL Group is seeking a Physiotherapist to provide advanced assessment and treatment to patients with complex and chronic conditions across multiple sites in England. You will work autonomously, determine diagnoses and treatment plans while maintaining high standards of care and clinical records.

The role is full-time (40 hours per week) with a salary of up to £40,000. You will manage a clinical caseload, participate in KPI-driven reporting, and collaborate with Senior Management for continuous

Qualifications

• HCPC and CSP registration required.
• Minimum 2 years’ physiotherapy experience with rotation exposure (respiratory, MSK, neuro).
• Experience in independent and lone working.
• Energetic and proactive with flexible prison setting suitability.
• Good communication and time management skills.
• Postgraduate qualification (e.g. MSc) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a clinical caseload across multiple sites.
• Develop and expand business opportunities within the service.
• Report statistics to Senior Management.
• Ensure compliance with standards and governance.
• Liaise with Senior Management for continuous improvement.
• Oversee delivery of physiotherapy services across locations.
• Report on incidents, complaints, and compliments.
