Job summary

Bodyset in the United Kingdom is seeking a Chartered Physiotherapist to deliver high-standard care to a self-pay and private medical insured caseload, following established clinical pathways from triage to discharge.

You will be a great communicator and an active multidisciplinary team member, maintaining patient confidentiality and contributing to service improvements within a clinic setting.

Qualifications

• BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy degree.
• Full registration with the Health and Care Professions Council and Chartered Society of Physiotherapy.
• Ability to work autonomously, while delivering against Bodyset’s clinical pathways.
• Evidence of continued professional development.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written English skills.
• Able to effectively use Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Triage, assess, diagnose, and treat a designated clinical caseload as a Chartered Physiotherapist.
• Comply with Bodyset policies, procedures, guidelines and regulations to ensure consistent delivery.
• Communicate effectively with clients and carers, respecting privacy, dignity and confidentiality.
• Communicate with referring parties to ensure continued and uninterrupted care.
• Counsel clients on nutrition, exercise, equipment, sleep, stress management, and wellbeing.
• Attract returning and new client business, including leading corporate workshops with partnerships manager.
• Identify risks and contribute to clinic standards improvements with Regional Lead.
• Maintain accurate client documentation and records in line with SLAs.
• Develop professionally through CPD and external conferences/events.
• Adhere to CSP's values and HCPC's standards of conduct and ethics.
• Support multidisciplinary team to develop service improvements.
