Job summary

Physit is recruiting a Physiotherapist to join a community and clinic-based team in South West London. You will work across patients’ homes, care facilities and our clinic, delivering rehabilitation and mobility-focused care with a hands-on, patient-centered approach.

The role offers a varied caseload, strong clinical supervision, structured development, and a clear path for progression. Permanent, full-time with hybrid working and visa sponsorship available.

Qualifications

• At least one year’s post‑qualification experience relevant to community, rehabilitation, older‑adult, orthopaedic or MSK work.

Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive assessments and agree individual outcome-focused rehabilitation plans.
• Deliver evidence-based treatment in community, care and clinic settings.
• Manage an autonomous caseload from assessment through to discharge.
• Set meaningful goals with patients and the people involved in their care.
• Liaise with relatives, carers, consultants and other professionals.
• Maintain timely, clear and accurate clinical records and reports.
• Advise on mobility, falls prevention, equipment and environmental considerations.
• Participate in clinical reviews, case discussions and professional development.
